Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original box and packaging. The same payment method used for your purchase will be used for refunds. The delivery courier is not responsible for returns or exchanges — please contact us to arrange a separate courier. You cannot open the package upon delivery. Exchange fee: 100 EGP. Return/refund fee: 200 EGP.
